## Project tiers

### Vetrina — 999 EUR

Siti vetrina for brands and professionals. Billing: one-off project.

Included:

- Custom responsive design
- Up to 5 pages plus a landing
- Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals
- Contact form and analytics
- Hosting, SSL, and deploy

Timeline: 3–4 weeks, revisions included. Limits: no custom app backend, no Shopify checkout.

### Shopify — 2500 EUR

Complete ecommerce on Shopify. Billing: one-off project. Highlighted for D2C.

Included:

- Store configured end-to-end
- Catalog, payments, shipping
- Custom brand theme
- Automations and cart recovery
- Team training and go-live support

Limits: Shopify platform fees are paid by the client; apps beyond the agreed set are extra.

### Webapp — from 2800 EUR

Custom software with dashboard. Billing: one-off project, milestone-based.

Included:

- Laravel + React/Vite
- Auth, roles, private area
- REST APIs and integrations
- Optional AI modules (Progenia)
- Cloud, CI/CD, monitoring

Discovery is free. Limits: scope is defined in the quote; large integrations are estimated separately.

## Monthly retainers

### Startup Dev — 400 EUR / month

Continuous development with a limited weekly scope. Minimum 3 months.

Included:

- About 16 hours/week on an agreed backlog
- 1 release per week
- Slack, response within 24h
- Bugfix and maintenance
- Code review

Limits: hours beyond ~16/week are out of scope or quoted extra.

### Sviluppo Plus — 1400 EUR / month

Continuous development without a weekly hour cap. SLA for post-seed teams.

Included:

- No weekly hour ceiling
- Priority support twice a week
- DevOps, staging and production
- AI, analytics, product strategy
- Extension team treated as co-founder

## Progenia (AI module)

Progenia is not sold as a separate SaaS SKU on the public site. It is an optional infrastructure module on webapp/retainer work: agentic chat, RAG, artifacts, and OpenAI cost tracking. Runtime uses OpenAI gpt-4o / gpt-4o-mini. Ask AIXO to include it in a quote.

## Limits (all plans)

- Prices exclude VAT unless a signed quote states otherwise.
- Third-party fees (Shopify, OpenAI usage, SMS, ads) are billed to the client.
- Scope changes after sign-off are change requests with a written estimate.
- Progenia token usage is metered; budgets are configurable in the dashboard.
- Support SLAs differ by retainer tier (24h Startup Dev, priority Sviluppo Plus).
